An AI-generated product film visualizing how Base360 turns scattered customer conversations into one intelligent workflow.

Project Description
solution
I created a cinematic AI product film for Base360, a speculative platform that routes every customer conversation through one AI Agent. The film follows John, a founder overwhelmed by incoming customer messages. As customer intent begins to slip through the cracks, Base360 appears as the intelligent operating layer that detects intent, sends replies, answers DMs, creates follow-ups, and keeps customers engaged. Instead of explaining the product only through UI screens, the film uses narrative storytelling, stylized 3D characters, dark tactical interface graphics, voiceover, music, and motion editing to make the product benefit feel immediate: less chaos, faster replies, captured leads, and conversations kept in motion.
Story / Process
The project began with a simple insight: customer conversations are not just messages — they are opportunities. If a founder misses one, the business may lose a lead.
I developed the film around a problem-to-solution arc. The first scenes show John working late at night, increasingly overwhelmed by scattered customer questions. The customer scenes then show the other side of the problem: people ready to buy, waiting for a response. As the pressure builds, Base360 enters as the system that connects every channel to one AI Agent.
The visual direction combined stylized narrative-game cutscene aesthetics with dark command-interface design. I wanted to avoid the common AI-video look of photorealistic footage with a filter applied. Instead, the film uses cel-shaded characters, graphic shadows, cyan and gold interface lighting, and tactical UI elements inspired by digital control systems.
A large part of the process involved working around the limitations of AI video generation. Character identity, room continuity, facial expressions, object stability, and interface text required constant refinement. I used reference frames, strict continuity prompts, simplified movement, and editing-based polish to keep the final sequence consistent.
The final lockup presents Base360 as a dark operating-system interface: customer signals flow through an AI Agent node and resolve into the Base360 brand mark. This gives the ending a stronger sense of control, intelligence, and product clarity.
