Content creation often gets messy across idea generation, review, scheduling, publishing, and tracking. I wanted to design a lightweight automation system that keeps human review in the loop while reducing repetitive admin work.

solution

System structure Notion acts as the central content database. n8n handles automation logic. Gmail creates review and posting drafts. AI generates structured caption variations. Key features AI content generation, scheduled review reminders, approve/reject routing, duplicate-prevention checkboxes, posting reminders, and post tracking. Outcome A working content workflow system that moves content through Drafted → Scheduled → Sent to Review → Ready to Post / Needs Revision → Posted, with automated reminders and tracking. Why it matters? This project demonstrates how a small content team or solo creator could reduce manual coordination while still keeping creative review and approval in human hands.
